1. Field Supervisor (Agriculture)
Location: South Sumatera, Lampung, Banten, West Java, Central Java, East Java
Type: Full-Time
Nos : 1 Person Each Region
Job Responsibilities (Jobdesk)
1. Field Operations Management
Supervise daily farming activities including planting, maintenance, fertilizing, and harvesting.
Ensure all field tasks follow SOP, GAP, and quality standards.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor crop growth, soil conditions, and pest/disease issues.
Coordinate schedules for labor teams and field workers.
2. Farmer Group Coordination
Build strong relationships with farmer groups and local partners.
Provide guidance and technical support to farmers regarding cultivation, maintenance, and harvest techniques.
Ensure farmer groups meet company requirements for product quality and consistency.
Conduct training sessions on good agricultural practices when needed.
3. Crop Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor crop performance, including growth stages, yield potential, and risks.
Identify issues related to pests, disease, irrigation, or nutrient deficiencies.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on field activities and crop status.
Recommend improvement actions for better productivity and quality.
4. Quality Assurance Support
Ensure harvested products are sorted and handled according to company quality specifications.
Coordinate with QC teams during grading and pre-shipment inspections.
Implement corrective actions when quality deviations occur.
5. Logistics & Planning
Plan harvesting schedules based on crop readiness and buyer demand.
Coordinate product movement from farm to collection points or packing facilities.
Monitor usage of field materials (fertilizer, seeds, tools) and ensure efficient distribution.
6. Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards during field activities.
Maintain documentation for audits, certification processes (GAP, Organic, etc.), and crop traceability.
Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related fields.
Minimum 2–3 years experience in field supervision or crop production.
Strong knowledge of tropical crops (fruits, vegetables, herbs, or spices).
Ability to lead farmer groups and field workers.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Willing to travel frequently and work in field environments.
